The Pivottos team did an amazing job in renovating our 2 bathrooms and making sure we were thrilled with the work. They even were happy to fit around our travel schedule to still get the job done and that we were happy with everything. Friendly, happy and respectful team.

We are on the west end of Oahu, in the Makaha Valley Plantation. Pivotto's just did a complete kitchen & bathroom remodel of our 50-year old condo, plus revised all our closets with built in shelves and painted the entire interior. They did an excellent job and the price was fair! The project management staff in their office were extremely organized and responsive. Their work crew showed up right on time the first day, never missed a day during the project, and most notably, they finished in a month after giving us a 2-month estimate! What contractor finishes early these days? We are thrilled.

Pivotti's completed a project to remove the popcorn ceiling and painting all the rooms in my home. I am extremely please with the work and the hard-working crew. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with Pivotto’s. We had a fairly complicated project: locating and repairing three interior leaks, followed by repairing and painting the exterior of our 85-year-old historic home.
I interview three contractors, including one well-known firm that declined the job because it wasn’t new cookie-cutter construction or renovation. Happily for me, Pivotto’s accepted the challenge.
They are true master craftsmen who genuinely care about quality. They cut through two ceilings and one wall, correctly diagnosing the problems and making the necessary repairs. Their plumbing specialist, Thiago, has to be the best on the island.
The workmanship was excellent and it was clear that quality is their top priority. They were respectful of our home and left the work areas clean and orderly.
Communication was also outstanding. Joe, the liaison and estimator, was involved at every step and kept us well informed throughout the process. The company owner, Darce Pivotto, personally came out to ensure everything was finished to perfection.
I truly appreciate the care and professionalism Pivotto’s brought to our home and I would easily hire them again or recommend them to anyone.
