My mom needed a tow truck ASAP on a Sunday morning/afternoon (Her truck driver side ball joint broke off the entire assembly). I called many tow truck companies near by and no one responded. So, I tried Harvey's towing. Harvey answered my call and said he would be late because of another job he was at. Long story short, Harvey did his job and came swiftly before, I finally got ahold of someone to tow my mom's truck, Harvey called and said he was 15 min out from where the truck was stranded. Harvey, was a life saver and can't thank him for being fast and swift with coming from town side to North Shore (Kahuku to be exact). Mahalo.
Harvey was a lifesaver! Insurance company couldn’t dispatch, Ford roadside couldn’t dispatch but Harvey could make it in 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time with insurance, use Harvey and file the reimbursement!
I thought the reviews were too good to be true in North Shore where the options are slim. Look no further if you need help, call Harvey!

Harvey is an angel! We had an electric vehicle that ran out of charge at Sharks Cove electric charge point because it was out of service. I called Harvey because it was the first option on Apple Maps, and I’m so glad I did. Harvey came to assist us extremely fast and promptly. He was extremely courteous, professional, and kind. Plus I enjoyed chatting with him on the way over to the Turtle Bay charge point. The price was extremely fair; we had called other companies before him and his price was the best.
