Ive heard the rumors that as soon as the doors open, regardless of day of the week, the walk-in's come barging in. All of that was correct. By the time I arrived, it was a 4.5 hour wait until the evening. The entire morning is booked for the 5-6 stylists working. The service was great and transparent. The manager working the register and books was 10/10. I would recommend getting an appointment if you want a certain date and time to guarantee your spot.“
