Waves yoga is the best!!! Every class I have been to has been amazing. All the teachers are great and the location is so convenient! Lulu is the best yoga teacher I have ever had-- I especially love her yoga sculpt class. The music she chooses is so fun and uplifting. Her class is like a big dance party. I always leave her studio feeling 10x better than when I came in. I highly recommend to visitors and locals looking to improve your life and health!

I recently was fortunate to escape winter in upstate New York and even luckier to find this sweet studio in Princeville Hawaii. Lulu, the owner, made certain I felt safe and supported while offering a challenging and creative Vinyasa flow. After one class I purchased a 1 month unlimited package and sampled several classes a week. I was able to practice with Avalon, whose attention to detail and alignment helped my focus and Michelle who offered some unique transitions to traditional poses. Best experience I have ever had in a studio! With every class I have taken here, I have continued to receive so much more than a yoga class. Waves is a sweet smiling community of all different ages. It's a safe place offering healing on multiple levels. I always leave class feeling like a super hero ready to save the world! Waves Yoga is my psychologist, my physical therapist, my church, my gym, all in one hour!! Thank you Waves Yoga Kauai, you are a life changer, everytime!
