“Visiting Kaua’i for the week and took a mat Pilates class at The Sanctuary. Easy online signup with email confirmation. Located in Princeville by the Foodland above Lapperts ice cream. Easy parking lot.

Clean and organized studio. Mats, weighs, and balls all available to use with purchase of a class.

I followed the movements and modified as needed. We worked through a series of glutes, thighs, legs, arms and core. If you enjoy a hands off class with no correction or modifiers, you’ll love this.
