Yoga in Princeville

The Sanctuary Kauai

5-4280 Kuhio Hwy g201, Princeville

Thu 7 - 10AM

“Visiting Kaua’i for the week and took a mat Pilates class at The Sanctuary. Easy online signup with email confirmation. Located in Princeville by the Foodland above Lapperts ice cream. Easy parking lot.

Clean and organized studio. Mats, weighs, and balls all available to use with purchase of a class.

I followed the movements and modified as needed. We worked through a series of glutes, thighs, legs, arms and core. If you enjoy a hands off class with no correction or modifiers, you’ll love this.

I would recommend to a friend and hope to be back soon.”

“I recently did a private yoga retreat with Diane on Kauai, Hawaii. The entire experience was amazing. The lodging was impeccable. Spending time learning kundalini yoga, meditation and good life practices from Diane was a real game changer. Kauai is also the perfect destination to detox with lots of yoga on the beach surrounded by so much natural beauty. Highly recommend!”
