    Just want to say I had a mishap with my online order and wasn't sure how to handle it amid the holiday stress. The store manager, Brittany, was amazing and reached out to resolve it. Overall, have always had a great experience at this store—pretty well stocked and helpful staff.

    Went in for just one question. Hoping to educate myself. I just recently (2 months ago) got diagnosed with Alopecia areata. Due to this my scalp is sore just where the patches are. I ask if there was someone who has specifically worked with customers with my condition. She said she would take me in and tell her what I needed her to do.
    We started talking and sharing my experience with my condition. This has been a roller coaster for me since I’m a cancer patient. My esteem is low due to this. But yet sharing that I need to be strong for my children and myself since I’m going through a divorce.
    I request just a straight haircut cut no layers just a simple straight haircut one inch to be exact. She washes my hair and cuts it she was done in less than 25 mins. She asked me if I wanted to blow-dry it but I told her no thank you that my scalp won’t tolerate the heat. But she insists and dries the ends for 2 mins. She told me she was done and handed me the receipt. I walk to register and I see the amount of $72 for a wash and straight haircut.
    Went back and asked her if she could explain to me why the price was so high. She goes on to tell me she is a (MASTER) stylist. I wasn’t aware of it to be honest of the meaning. But now I’m fully aware of it.
    As I’m at the front counter paying and explaining to the cashier what just happened she was apologetic. Then an older stylist followed me to the front and stood there till I paid. Felt so uncomfortable to see her making sure I paid.
    Please ask questions about pricing before committing to the services. Lesson learned. It would have been appreciated by the stylist sharing this important information. I understand services are expensive but please inform your customers before committing. I paid $72 for a less than 25-minute service due to my Alopecia.
    Lesson learned: always confirm the price and stylist level first. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously

    Ms amber was the best in the store with helping me find what I needed to find and gave some good tips on the products truly a sweetheart!!! Can’t wait to see her again!!!

    Jerel did an amazing job cutting my hair and was a pleasure to talk story with. He even recommended me on styling products and hair care for the future. Definitely gonna be seeing Jerel more often!
