Came here on a walk-in and heard from someone that this place was great! In all honesty, upon first entering the lady near window said she'll take me. I shared with her a picture as she said she could cut it. Behold.. not even close by a long shot. But since it's only hair as it will grow back. I let it go. Afterwards she give a light shoulder massage, which helped because it made me relax from a sore neck the previous day. When she rang me up, she said $28.50 which I paid because I didn't see any signs saying the price. But I thought that was the actual quote because other shops charge upwards too. I even give her a tip and walked out. The next day, I ran into the same person who told me about this Pearlcity Barbershop. I told them my experience as I was told the lady ripped me off by $8.50 and the tip I give her shouldn't have been given because she added that on to my charge. Never going back to these small barbershop again. There always hungry for your money with less effort in giving you the service you pay originally. Crazy.. stay away..

We love Thoa!! Been going to her for years, my husband and kids always lookin smooth:) There prices you cant beat either for there amazing service, she definetly deserves the extra tip! Thank you Thoa!!

This little area. It's very good then when you go in there. If you're lucky, you will come out in 50 minutes. The day that I came on a Saturday between the hours of 12 to 113. It was not busy it's what's slow in n out very quick
