The second part of the reivew receives a failing grade - parking.5 STARS - site manage Liz C. continues to be one of the most competent, friendly and supportive people i have ever encountered. She goes way beyond what must be written in the job description, to actively engage people and stives & succeeds to resolves difficulties and challenges. Been using Hawaii Self Storage for a few years now because it's great. The facility is great, it's clean and secure. The staff is the best! They're always nice and very helpful. Love being a customer there!

Everything about this place from the service to the facility is top notch. Very friendly service from all of the employees, and the place is very clean and air conditioned which is a huge plus.I would definitely recommend Hawai’i self storage for your storage needs.
