Friendly service everytime I go there. Both ladies at front have assisted me, countless times. Especially with the transition, both ladies helped me with establishing the new app. - which have proven helpful and convenient 10x over. Area is clean. But customer service is primary for the 5 star rating.

Storage availability - I love being able to access my unit whenever I need, the overall cleanliness of the facility - there always seemed to be staff around taking care of things and I felt like my storage was well secured/looked after, communications during hurricanes/storms and the like were well done, and the staff! The staff were all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I've moved my things out, but will DEFINITELY come back if I ever have storage needs again.
One of my best friends just moved to the island and while waiting to find her own place, she is staying with us. She needed to store her things since I don't have space in my place. We came here and the customer service was amazing! The place is secure and so clean! The front office was decorated so nicely and everyone who came in was in such a great mood. Highly recommend! Great way for my bestie to feel the aloha spirit and be welcomed to the island!
