Shout out to your staff member Cyril who was cleaning while my husband and I were there and saw that we needed some help. He jumped right in and saved the day without being asked after seeing me struggle. I wish there were more Cyrils out there. He made us love Hawai'i Self Storage even more with his genuine Aloha spirit! Yay, Cyril!!!
I can’t say enough great things about this storage space, I’m just very blessed to have found the units I got and the service I receive.
Many would think it’s just a place to put your junk, it others it’s their prized possessions and valuable . To me it’s my life’s work and very fortunate I found Hawaii self storage.
I searched several locations and businesses but they had the best deals. I’ve upgrade stinger units and been there for almost 3 years now. Granted it is hard at first since the rail construction but they gave discounts that really helped out.
I was even more surprised how super their staff is. I go to my unit daily and see both Noe & Josh… read full review
Noe and Josh were super helpful and flexible when I needed temporary storage for artwork during a repair project. Cost is reasonable and the 50% discount for locals for 3 months is an added plus. The facility is very clean, super secure & the AC is reliable. You can access via the back side and not have to deal with all the Dillingham construction. It is worth going the distance to use this location.
