Phil helped me purchase my home in HI. Our first day together he showed me three homes. During these appointments he learned more about me and what I was looking for. Later that afternoon he updated my search criteria and sent me links for new homes to review. A few days later we attended an open house, the next day put in an offer, the following day after some additional negotiations I was selected as the buyer. Phil's RE/MAX team supports the entire process from scheduling an appraiser, inspector, coordinating with the title company, and my loan officer. I could not have done this w/out Phil (obviously I'm not a realtor), but he made what normally is a very stressful, personal decision seem really easy. Phil is a friendly and attentive professional.
