I pay about 2400 a year in association fees and my yard still isn’t cut every time workers come by, they pick and choose. Making loud noise around 7/7:30am, blowing stink exhaust fumes into my house and setting off my smoke alarms. One time they blew the rubbish into my yard and just left. I had to tell them come back to clean it. Always loud noise before 8am and if you’re planning on moving here, I’d strongly reconsider, Not worth the fees. I planning on getting outtve here soon. Other stupid rules too list goes on

I have lived here off and on since 1998, my in-laws have been here since 1980. Great place to live overall other than outside maintenance fees, but housing prices are bad everywhere. My complaint is the constant noise from the maintenance workers. Sometimes they are hovering around for weeks in our area and they start working at 07:30 in the morning. Days when I actually think they are finished they come back around for several hours, I have no idea what they are doing since they just worked for weeks in the same area. Anyway, this is really my only complaint. Other than that we have had no issues living here.
