I have lived here off and on since 1998, my in-laws have been here since 1980. Great place to live overall other than outside maintenance fees, but housing prices are bad everywhere. My complaint is the constant noise from the maintenance workers. Sometimes they are hovering around for weeks in our area and they start working at 07:30 in the morning. Days when I actually think they are finished they come back around for several hours, I have no idea what they are doing since they just worked for weeks in the same area. Anyway, this is really my only complaint. Other than that we have had no issues living here.

Area seems really nice and lolls well kept, homes are older, but their location seems pretty well protected against the elements. Lots of old growth trees and plants make for a nice green space.
Traffic flow off the street is marked a little tricky and the local police seem to take advantage of that.
