Over 4 years ago now... I have participated in this HCAP Headstart program. Then, Ms. Susan was such a joy to have as my daughter's preschool teacher. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience at this Headstart location. Breakfast and lunch is served by the Kipapa El. Cafe, unlike other locations where food is brought in every morning to the classrooms... This location is only available for a half day program, one classroom only so spaces are very limited. My daughter was able to go 2 years (in a row) before she became of Kindergarten age. For this location there is only limited parking spaces for visitors in the Kipapa El. lot so most times you'll need...read full review
