I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t understand what the lady was saying most of the time or if she was even talking to me. She kept talking to her coworker as I asked questions. I said I wanted almond nails but insisted that round was almond. I had her reshape twice because she kept trying to round my nails when that’s not what I asked. It took over two hours for a french tip. She told me $80 for all the treatment I got including my feet scrubbed but ended up trying to charge me over $130. As I was leaving I heard them talking bad about a customer that had left before me. I've been to this place 3 times for 3 different services. First time I went for a gel manicure. It wasn't the best I'd ever had, the tech didn't even ask me what shape I wanted and they were quite uneven. I also got a regular pedi and felt the same that the nails were not cut evenly but overall it was fine. Today I went for an acrylic fill and I think this will be the last time I go there. The end product is fine, but the tech cut many corners during the process and seemed rushed even though I had an appointment. The best experience I have had in many years. The place is clean and the technicians are professionals. If you are looking for a relaxing spa day or need maintenance done on your nails, go here. I received a gel mani and pedi. Calvin the owner did my nails. He was very professional and great personality!! I will definitely come back and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Hospitality at its finest
