They helped fix all the wood rot on our window frames and removed any unwanted screws, nails, and shelves before painting. Additionally, we experienced an issue with wood rot on the posts supporting our outdoor laundry room. They brought in Ken to replace the wooden posts and metal brackets, which had rusted entirely and disintegrated. It’s impressive that they were able to paint the house so quickly. And considering how windy and rainy it was, too. There was no issue with overspray from their paint sprayer.

The team has always been excellent about communicating any changes in their schedule. On the very last day, Justin did a walkthrough with me to discuss everything that had been done for the house. He pointed out some details and offered advice on what to look out for the next time we undertake another painting project for the home. You can tell how passionate he is about his work based on our conversation about using the paint spray correctly to avoid overspray. “Trinity Tile Contracting did a great job installing my home's carpet. They removed all of the old carpet and padding, and carefully removed all of the existing thresholds and trim transition strips.
Starting with the communication and work appraisal with Mr. Parris Kawaauhau, that was done with a detailed explanation, patience and understanding. The workmanship of Devin Gallano, Ayzek Silva and himself was top notch. They reinstalled my threshold and transition strips to perfection. Upon completion, they vacuumed the carpet to ensure it was clean and free of any debris. Their hard work and attention to detail will ensure that my home's carpet will be exceptional for decades to come. The initial anticipated timeline was that the work would take upwards to a full half day, although they completed it all in just about three hours time. Throughout the job, Mr. Kawaauhau presented options for us, as to the different considerations towards the installation and how it may affect the aesthetics of the finished product. If I ever need any further carpet or flooring installation work to be done, I'll hire them again.“

“20 Years ago - I was the manager of a Large commercial Kitchen in Kailua. This company put in the floor without delays like some Government contractors will dream up. Not 1 Tile was broken moving the equipment back into the kitchen. Most times there is a few broken tiles. The floor worked great and is still working great - had a Floor drain problem and Dug up the floor - Had the 2 cases of tiles and baseboard backup left for just this reason. Also had the plumbing company do another job they said "they don't male that tile anymore" I had the Box and bam I made them buy the tile (not something they had laying around) The floor worked great to this day. Earthquake October 2011? This floor held up. They used Good Adhesive not just plain old stuff. I just thought about this floor is why I am doing a rating. Oct. 2020“

“After getting several other over the top estimates to replace my carpeting with vinyl, I contacted Ceramic Stile. Their estimate was far more reasonable. They offered practical solutions that didn't break the bank. It took about three and a half days to do the work. Jim's son helped other than the first day. Both are professionals, pleasant and easy to talk to, they cleaned up after themselves, didn't block our driveway with their vehicles, kept the music and chatter down although the latter wouldn't have bothered me. They came and left when they said they would. We are very pleased with the end result. The flooring is exactly what we wanted. It's really hard to have carpeting when you have dogs. There's no way to really keep the floors clean even if you vacuum regularly and steam cleaning periodically. I would definitely hire them again for flooring work.“

“I had been searching for a reputable and trusted contractor for my home renovations as I've heard first hand of horror stories, shabby jobs and places with nice showrooms wanting a 50% deposit before even coming out or cash payments each week by the contractor. I am fortunate that a good friend recommended this owner as he had seen finished remodels with happy customers, and plans on using them when he remodels his place. From the first call, the owner was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and still works on condominiums with all the required rules. He came out and provided a lot of information while listening to my needs, wishes, budget, etc. I then met him at his business to which I was shown what I was looking for and pictures of finished remodels. I chose this business over an elaborate showroom as the greatest showroom should be finished jobs and word of mouth of satisfied customers. And more confirmations continued from neighbors in my building who knows him and continue to use this business for their home needs. The owner has guided me through my remodel/renovation; encouraging that I stay aware of the progression; and everyone that has come to see it only have rave reviews. “Fantastic people to work with and have used them since April 2021, after an unpleasant experience with another contractor, to March 2023. As my parents were in the way upper 80s, we needed to plan ahead and renovate to make the home elderly friendly.
