Erica has been my floor rep for over two years since the beginning of Covid. I have been with Prosource for many years and have had several reps that have come and gone and frankly were not impressive at all. For them it seemed to be just a job and they did not last.However with Erica I have formed a solid relationship with a dedicated professional that is an actual adjunct to my business as a Master Textile Cleaner. I have extensive training regarding textile fiber and flooring however I don't know about pricing and the myriad products available on the market. I have been in ProSource twice already. The staff and selection of products are amazing. I am working with Erica. Who is fabulous and very knowledgeable. She has helped me with the first stages of putting together a kitchen and multiple bathrooms. More to follow!
