Illuminated by instruction of all eight limbs, I am always rested & energized during & after classes. Appears to be appropriate for all levels. The quality of energy and inspiration is remarkable rare magic. Give your inner being love and come spend quality time with self-you'll show up so much better for everyone around you. Jenna is also amazing in her own beautiful way--creative, fluid & perceptive. And the Mana dance on Tues/Thurs @ 6pm is equally wonderful. Just finished the Ytt 200 hr and it was the most unbelievable experience from start to finish. Words can’t describe how special Jennifer is as a teacher and person. Her expertise and elegant delivery of the teachings of yoga is truly magical. What a gift to have been able to learn from someone with such passion and grace. I showed up in back pain that had me to my breaking point in life and 16 days later I feel like I have my life back, pain free for the first time in over a decade, doctors couldn’t do in 12 years what this training did in just over two weeks.
