He did a great job refinishing our floors and guided us towards a matte finish that we wouldn't have chosen without his advice - it made for a great, modern look, exactly the kind of finish we'd hoped for. On top of his expertise, there were a couple of small spots that didn't meet our exacting standards, and he came back out to make it right - he was honest and transparent about the whole thing, and made us feel like we were in good hands. He's told us it's not often that he has to come out for multiple trips, but in the case that he has to, we can attest that he will do it unhesitatingly, even for just a few small spots. Our floors look great, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Will for another job in the future.“
