I was connected to Paul with Walk on Wood from the company I bought my flooring from and am soooo grateful because it was an incredibly easy experience. Paul and his team are efficient, professional, and did a beautiful job. I had talked to a few installers but Paul always answered me immediately where others left me on read for weeks. I ended up moving forward with Walk on Wood because of their reputation and how efficient they were in communication. I thought it would reflect in their work and I was right. I contacted Paul along with another hardwood flooring company as part of an insurance bid for a teak water damaged floor replacement and Paul's bid was the most competitive and preferrable to both myself, my employer (I'm a property manager) and the insurance company. During the time I worked with Paul and his crew they were friendly, professional, punctual, courteous and knew their trade 100%. Just to make things trickier for Paul the job included customized baseboards which he had to match without a sample, and of course they came out perfectly.
