Been going there for upwards of a year now. Janice (the stylist) is incredibly good at cutting hair, as well as being a very amicable person (which makes the experience that much better). Prices are incredibly cheap for the quality offered, making the entire thing that much betterHighly recommend for anyone who likes having excellent hair!

This is a small but cozy hair salon in the heart of makawao town. She is located upstairs and accepts walk ins, but since she is busy with regulars, it would probably be best to make an appointment to assure you don't have to wait if you are impatient or in a rush. The owner is very knowledgeable about "how to" manage hair and what to do depending on your situation and hair type. She is accommodating and wants to be sure you are 100% happy and satisfied. What a funny and kind hearted lady. The haircut didn't quite look like the photo brought in as an example, but her prices are reasonable for the area and she has decades of experience.
