Everytime I make an appointment they tell me they dont have an appointment and they can do a walk in. Terrible system and 0 regard for the health of their patients

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently cheerful throughout my visit. The doctor was highly knowledgeable, took the time to listen attentively to all of my concerns, and addressed each one thoroughly.

They were very quick to see me when I came in midday on a Sunday. The doctor was kind and was sure to accomodate everything I needed for my injury.

The only thing that is negative about this place is I have tried calling a couple times and no answer. They then say rhey will call you back at your number but then never call back…

I received excellent care from everyone on the medical team, but especially from Dr. Tamanaha.
Back in January, I visited Kaua’i while 6 months pregnant and I developed a blood clot/DVT from the 9 hour flight. Dr. Tamanaha went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed and I believe he saved my life.
My baby was born a month ago and we’re both healthy! Thank you!!

I dropped in when the doctor was on his last patient and he took time to see me and help out before my flight back home.

Outstanding urgent care experience. Doctors and staff are wonderful. We came in late afternoon on a Thursday just before trying to catch our flight back to the mainland. My son’s ears had felt stuffy all week but he hadn’t felt “sick”. Concerned about the week-long congestion, we decided it warranted a doctor evaluation. Dr Elliott was kind, efficient and thoroughly competent, and was sensitive to our time and travel constraints. He diagnosed an acute bilateral ear infection and gave us a “no-fly” Dr letter that helped us re-book our flights home. We were walk in patients with a time sensitive issue and the whole team was compassionate and helpful. Highly recommend.

I was seen by Dr Schermer on Jan.22 and he was very attentive a good listener and professional.From registration process to blood test done everything was easy .CT scan was requested too.Dr.Schermer made a follow up and called me up for the results in just a few hours.Thank you and to the rest of the staff.Top notch!

Definitely a busy location, but as a healthcare professional, I found it to be extremely efficient despite the crowd. Although the waiting room was packed, I was called back within 15 minutes of checking in, which I appreciated. It
helped separate patients from those who might be ill.

The registration process, X-ray team, Dr. Schermer, and the rest of his staff were top-notch. I would highly recommend this location for non-emergent visits.

I didn’t realize you can make appointment for walk in. They told me there is 2 hours wait.. I waited 2 hours and when I checked back in. They told me another about 2 hours but the lady who walked in same time with me were seen and I thought prob I’ll be in soon but it’s not.. another 10 patient in front of me!!
I checked their online appt for the next day. They have available every 15mins. They should’ve make it available every 1 hr so that people who are walking in really sick has spot instead of waiting for almost 4 hrs. It’s hard to wait for that long if you are really sick!

Nobody wants to get sick on vacation but going to this urgent care was the best decision. Dr. Horn and his team were the absolute best. I caught a cold with an annoying bacterial sinusitis and couldn’t enjoy my vacation anymore without the right meds. Dr. Horn, the nurse and the gentleman from the front desk were all super friendly. Dr. Horn examined me thoroughly and helped me quickly so that I could enjoy the rest of my much needed vacation. I am a doctor myself(in Germany) and was impressed how smooth the whole process at this urgent care went. Thank you so much!
