I'm not sure why the last few low stars and complaints..I own a successful construction company on Kauai and honsadors is my first choice, and only choice unless for some reason they don't carry a specialty material I need. Brittney gets materials quotes in same day for me if Its immediate and I request it. When they don't carry something they always give me options for special orders if they CAN find a way to get it. I email Honsadors probably on average 5 times a day and always here right back.

Over the past few months I have spent a considerable amount of money with Honsador on a building project. The reason why I am rating them low is nothing to do with products but nasty phone service! The women that take the sales calls should not be on their sales team, they are rude and argumentative, and have no courtesy! Seriously suggest that management review their Sales personnel if they wish customers to return!
