I've been struggling on what to write for this review. I guess the best place to start is to say that I am BIG BIG fan of Pure Pilates Maui and an even bigger fan of Denise!! Denise was nothing but a pure delight to work with; from our early emails discussing my fitness level and being new to Pilates, to scheduling, and eventually meeting her for my first session - Denise has a way of making you slow down, focus, and heal from within. She's a true healer. I was new to Pilates (4 classes) when I came and I invited my mom to join me for her first ever Pilates class. Denise is compassionate about her business and towards her clients. She is articulate when speaking which helped me know how to position myself in her Pilates class. Her exercise room and equipment are clean. Great view to the ocean as you exercise and soothing music. Denise mixed up the exercise and challenged me a bit more each week. I always left feeling like I had a good workout. I have had a lot of exercise instructors and I think Denise is one of the better instructors, she is knowledgeable and knows how to communicate with her clients . Thank you

Denise has been helping people feel their best for more than twenty years. I am leaner, taller, and much more flexible since I began Pilates with Denise. Her ocean-view studio is bright, clean and very well equipped, including the best in Pilates reformers. I love the fact that she shares essential oils with her clients and is always makes her clients feel more than welcome.
