“An amazing experience, a beautiful farm and truly inspiring to see the hard work and preservation of so many crops by a dedicated family & staff. The meal was delicious, the views one of a kind, and the animals were happy. Changes in landscapes, irrigation and climate change pose quite a challenge, so support their work if you can.I’m not sure if they’d be invasive, but perhaps nopales could be a good option as the area dries, if they’re safe.“
