I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist, and Lisa has truly changed my life. I brought to her my biggest trauma to work through in somatic EMDR sessions and what she's been able to do with me in the few sessions we've had together is more work then I've done with years of therapy. She makes me feel so safe, and has such incredible skills and ability to help me go deeper and stay with the discomfort but in a way that truly gets me to feel true healing. I adore her and am so grateful and recommend anyone to go to her!

I have been going to Lisa’s Somatics classes now for about five years, both online and in person. The consistency has resulted in being totally pain free in areas that have plagued me for years - lower back and hips. No more sciatic pain. I incorporate many of the exercises in my daily stretching and continue to learn new ones. Somatics has been a life changer!

Lisa’s somatic practices —and her healing hands — connect me to the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing. Now that I am in my 70s, learning to relate to this aging body-mind with kindness and trust feels especially important.
