I had an amazing experience here with Linda. I am visiting from out of town and unfortunately am loosing my hair to cancer treatment and desperately needed a cut as the thinning and uneven lengths were getting worse and worse. Linda was able to make me feel so comfortable and beautiful and was able to give me the cut that I desperately needed. She truly is an angel and made the whole experience great for such a difficult thing. I would highly recommend this salon and the lovely ladies do an amazing job. My favorite place on island to get a haircut. Once you figure out how to get upstairs, the experience is great. I saw a review about they struggle with men’s haircuts, but Ive always left happy and satisfied with the results. Would recommend and have recommended to my friends visiting Kauai and those who live here, as well.

They were great for fitting me in last minute, but I wish I would've left my hair the way it was. If you're a guy that takes pride in a good fade and having your hair a certain way, I wouldn't recommend them. Other than that not bad and they were super friendly.

Booking process and communication were great. Alana arrived on time on the day of my wedding, I was somewhat happy with my hair updo, but I wasn't impressed with my makeup, I showed Alana pictures of examples of the kind of makeup I wanted (soft, romantic look), but in the end, i not only looked like a different person, but the look I had wasn't soft or romantic at all. My monolid eyes looked smaller comparing with no makeup at all, my eyebrows were so pointed and skinny, I looked "angry". Also, during the session, Alana was bragging about her work, and that she age good money, she also was a arrogant when claimed that her first monolid (me) eye makeup was so good and I should post on instagram and brag about. She did do a great job on covering my tattoo though. So I'm giving her 3 stars.

I hired Alana for my hair and makeup (bride) and bridesmaids makeup. She did such an amazing job that I credit her for how well our pictures turned out as our makeup and my hair were so beautiful. I cried during the ceremony and my makeup held up perfectly despite. Not only is Alana amazing at what she does but she is punctual and so much fun to be around. I might look her up just to hang out next time I am in Kaua'i! Thank you so much Alana for helping to make my wedding and pictures so perfect.
