Conducting business during this virus is challenging to say the least, but a friend and I decided to treat ourselves. We needed stress relief. Carol, the spa manager, was professional and extremely cordial. We waited in the lobby outside until it was our appointment time. Our temperatures were taken and we went over the safety precautions sent to us via email and posted around the spa. Masks had to be worn throughout the massage and therapist and I washed up before starting. My 90 minute deep lomi with hot stones was administered by Hope. Stayed at Koloa Landing Resort and went to the spa for a facial and massage. Heidi was thoughtful and knowledgeable about good techniques for my particular (complex) problems. Wonderful release of tension.

My husband and I got massages before getting on our plane for the night back to the mainland! Trisha and Jordan were awesome. Loomi (hope I'm spelling right!) is the best massage in my book.
