Amazing Pilates class with Niki! Loved both the body awareness as well as the innovation. I’ve taught Pilates and reformer for 16 years and this was an amazing class. I took the intermediate/advanced class and it was the perfect challenge without totally killing you.
Loved finding this through Bilt neighborhoods and sneaking away to take this reformer class while on vacation.
I have spent over 100 hours in the Pilates studio getting private instruction from Paloma, she is a fantastic instructor and has facilitated personal gains I never thought possible. I highly recommend Paloma. Work for it.
Absolutely loved it!!! I wish I could give 10 stars. Me and my husband took the mixed level class in the morning. Nicole was so sweet and so fun. The studio was very clean and relaxing, the views are gorgeous, the reformers are in great shape, and the whole property was just inviting. The exercises were at a great pace and Nicole was interactive and very helpful and encouraging. We will definitely book again when we visit next time!
