Pilates Kauai
“Amazing Pilates class with Niki! Loved both the body awareness as well as the innovation. I’ve taught Pilates and reformer for 16 years and this was an amazing class. I took the intermediate/advanced class and it was the perfect challenge without totally killing you.
Loved finding this through Bilt neighborhoods and sneaking away to take this reformer class while on vacation.”
