“We had an amazing experience at this location during a pediatric accident. The entire team was very helpful and accommodating - such as answering a variety of questions, putting the child at ease throughout the entire process, sending a prescription to the nearest pharmacy, and follow up care instructions. I would estimate we were there for a total of 30 minutes, thankfully we got in and out in quick order. This incident happened while on family vacation and this team of professionals assisted in making a very stressful situation less stressful for us all.“

“While on vacation, we had an accident at the pool and needed to see a Doctor for some stitches for a cut. We called the clinic around 9pm and although they we’re not open, the Doctor completely went out of his way to help us find a place where they would be able to take us in at this time. The Doctor there at the clinic even called back, not once, but twice a few minutes later to make sure we knew where we we’re going and also to make sure the patient wasn’t developing any issue where we should be concern about. Even though we weren’t able to go to this clinic, we felt the doctor truly care and truly wanted to help us. I would give 10 out of 5 star if it was possible because there was nothing for him to gain in this situation but help us as much as he could. I would also highly recommend anyone needing to see a Doctor in a non-emergency to start with this clinic. We definitely need more people like him in this world and for that we want to thank him for all his kindness and help.“

“I had a bad fall on aa at La Perouse Bay. NP Courtney and MA Corey were fantastic. They got me stitched up in no time. The damage included both wrists broken, broken left pinky, scraped knees, 6 stitches in the forehead, possible concussion, misc. bumps and scrapes.

The staff are very professional. Courtney explained everything she was doing and what to do for after care.

Someone said they were expensive but in my opinion it was well worth the extra cost because of the professional and caring team there. It is not often that an urgent care facility staff provides thorough explanations and the willingness to answer your questions no matter how minor. Feeling like your doctor hears and cares about you is half the battle.“
