I love this place. I don't know why they have such low ratings. I live on Maui and use this clinic all the time. I had a broken foot they got me in right away. I use them all the time for any medical need I have. They are sweet, fast and professional.
I had a very good experience here being treated for a UTI while I was in Maui on vacation. I was only here a day when the nasty symptoms appeared and I wasted a day communicating with my doctor back home who referred me to urgent care since I was away from my home state. I walked into Minit and was told the wait was two hours so I scheduled an appointment for the next morning and took the paperwork to my hotel to complete overnight. At the scheduled appointment I did the urine sample and got the results within minutes. Given the option of paying for the meds and going home with them or picking them up from a pharmacy which could run the insurance paperwork for me I chose the former and happily walked out with the magic pills, took the first dose and got my vacation underway. The whole experience was efficient and professional.
I was on vacation, had something come up medically due to the long travel we just endured to get here. Originally I believe a walk in was supposed to take about two hours but after explaining my situation I believe they were able to get me in right away. Loved and appreciate the ladies that were working, made my bad day better! I was in and out all within an hour. Thank you!
