Tracy led a class for myself and a group of friends during our stay in Maui and she was fantastic! Such a great blend of practical instruction and little pushes to help you with your practice. We highly recommend her!
I have been taking Amber’s power vinyasa heated class this whole month of January and all I can say is WOW!! Her knowledge of the practice is unmatched, the flows she puts together get you to move through your entire body. Added with her knowledge and words of wisdom she creates a beautiful practice!! I hope she will add more classes to the schedule, would love to see her more than once a week.
I had the opportunity and luck to have two solo sessions w. Tracy at the beach villas. A perfectly paced class w/ perspective and direction that helped w/ challenging poses and benefitted my entire practice. A huge highlight of my trip.
