This review is long over due. Thorman Home Inspections did a super excellent job with the home inspection of my condo. Mark was very thorough on his report. I really liked how he included the date of the appliances and reported all the problems (big or small). He also provided very methodical recommendations for each issue detected. Becky was very helpful in coordinating with my realtor and communicated well every step of the way. The team work this company has is outstanding. I would highly recommend as Mark really takes pride of his work.

While I was purchasing a condo in Kahului, I researched several Home Inspectors to provide me with a thorough inspection of the unit. Most of the inspectors seem to provide satisfactory reports but their reports sounded very generic as if they had just plugged in stock language that they used for every condo. Mark Thorman's reports were different; he provided a personalized report unique to each property. When I received my report I was very pleased with his detail and thoroughness. As a first time home buyer it's overwhelming trying to figure out what you're getting yourself into. Having a professional scope out a property on your behalf goes a long way in helping with the process.Mark was fantastic! He was on time, very professional, incredibly knowledgeable and unbelievably generous with time and knowledge! I'm now confident in the condition of the property we're purchasing and feel like a better qualified home owner!As for pricing, of the 5 quotes we received Mark was the best value hands down.I highly recommend Mark Thorman Home Inspections if you need your Maui home or condo inspected. I will be using Mark again without question!
