Home Inspection was excellent. Nathan looked at the unit I am purchasing top to bottom, and assessed down to the small details, like the microwave fan above the stove was blowing air into the cabinet instead of up and out, as it should. Sometimes it's hard to judge if something is a big or small fix, but Nathan thoughtfully explained recommended fixes for all the issues noted. For example, with the fan issue above, he noted this is generally a quick fix: take 2 screws out, turn fan around, and reinstall. And on top of it all, the report was emailed to me in a clear, easy to read & understand format.....same day! I highly recommend Nathan and All Valley Home Inspections.
