On a Friday afternoon with no appointment we were able to see a physician for my daughter and get a prescription in around 2 1/2 hours. Staff was very helpful and had no issues with being an out of state Kaiser member. Nothing worse than being I'll on vacation. We really appreciate the help.

Love this Kaiser! My pcp is at mauilani but in emergencies very quick to take you in. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors and last the pharmacy. Everyone there is very friendly. Feels like family.

First time here. I switched to Kaiser from California Blue as I spend more time on Maui then I do in California. I came to this location for a basic referral for a dermatologist. I called the 1-800 number and within 2 minutes I had an appointment in an hour. I came to the Kihei location and they did the song and dance then took some pictures of my skin to send to the dermatologist they said they would call me shortly and have an appointment for me sooner than later! I was super stoked at how easy this was. This was my first experience with Kaiser and so far I'm very impressed! I hope the visit with the dermatologist is this easy! Anyhow, so far so good.
