Seamless, great work. Kathy and Mel were so easy to work with. My previous Ac was not installed correctly, so i needed a few things changed when getting a new mini split. Install team did really great work, did everything the way I wanted. They were surprisingly young but I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and doing everything right. Proper installation is everything and they did a great job. ?

Mel is amazing. We have had another AC company out o fix this issue and they told us that we had to replace-and the cost was big!!! I decided to try Dakine first and I'm so glad I did. Mel was able to fix the issue and kept the cost responsible. I highly recommend this company but more so- I recommend using Mel for your services. Mahalo again.

Outstanding 5 Stars! Can't say enough about the great service received from DaKine! From the initial contact with Kathe, who took the time to listen to my dilemma (previous bad experience with another company and 3 months w/o AC in Kihei!). She asked questions about the work that was done prior and then enlisted their technician, Mel, to do a consult visit.Mel was outstanding in his service; he is committed, informed and experienced (34 years!) with the workings of air conditioning systems.
