I just called and ask him how much does he charge to see whats wrong with my laptop he told me that he doesn't charge to find out what's wrong , that right there deserves a 5 star rating to me ..

Finally, after over 2 months and 13 case numbers with HP technical phone support, trying to get my HP laptop to communicate with either my original HP printer or the now 2 new printers HP has sold me in the process. . . and, finally, after HP told me that I needed to clean-sweep my laptop hard-drive and re-install the operating system in order to get any of these printers to print, I decided to call Dan at PC911.
In literally 6 minutes of interfacing with me by phone via teamworker.com, Dan had everything running with precision. Test pages were flying off the paper trays of all 3 printers so readily that I knew I could now return all but my one original... read full review

Dan is the best. A really outstanding super smart/ super kind person. Over the years PC911LLC has helped me accomplish my goals and always help move me forward. If I needed notary, internet, faxing or if I had computer issues or needed supplies/ each and every time everything went well, even if there is an issue Dan just quickly solves it. PC911 is the very best at what they do. Dan is simply amazing.
