The practice is led by Dr. Paul Hayward, who is praised for his exceptional care and availability, even on weekends. While the facility has faced some criticism for accessibility, the staff is committed to providing the best possible service to those in need.
Considering that these doctor's/RN... all have to travel to various parts of the island to help many people, as well as the shortage of specialist, various services and minimal infrastructure, I was still given a medical team that treats me with empathy and respect. I've seen several doctors here and I feel lucky to have access. All these great doctors & staff members deal with a lot of hard stuff.... so practice Aloha and you will get the help you need. 🙏🤙
Dr. Paul Hayward is the premiere Physician on this planet second to only God!!!!!!! Great staff surrounding Dr. Hayward which makes for a complete experience. Would not recommend any place else!!!! Truly super awesome!!!!!!! Dr. Hayward also works at the Life Care Center of Kona too!!!!!!! He calls me even on Saturday's and Sunday's. How much more awesome can a Doctor get!!!!!!! Truly super awesome!!!!!!!
It's not a community health center. U cant walk in for help. I took a neighbor in need and they turned her away till I turned up the volume! Sad, and pathetic. The brochure says we turn no one away? Well, they tried. Unless u know the ropes, bring scissors for u need to cut through the lazy behavior of hourly employees who don't get it. Pls all of u, don't step down. Push for what u deserve.
