“The Lash Out Bar has become a 2nd home to me. I’ve been utilizing lash extension & lash lift services since 2023, when they were at their previous location. Their current location has ample parking & (for me) conveniently 2-5 minutes from home.

Honorable mention to my lash artist ✨PRINCESS✨there have been many times I’ve been tempted to take a lash break but quickly reminded that I “NEED” lashes. Lash extensions are a luxury service & have become a need for me.

“Fortunately, I did not have a bad experience at the Naupaka Spa on January 23, 2026. I had an impeccable spa experience-attentive staff (Jodi) who went above and beyond before and after my spa treatment. Shades were opened to let sunlight come into the relaxation room and I was asked several times if there was anything I needed. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff members picked up any left behind cups and saucers. Towel and slipper bins were emptied and cleared often. My spa treatment (80-min Warrior Massage with Meiling) was top notch. She listened to my concerns and used appropriate techniques and both Arnica and CBD menthol to ease away my aches and soreness. The only negative is the steam room which was really (really) hot. I normally like to sit in the steam room after my treatment for about 15 minutes, but at this spa, the room was so hot that I could only handle at most 2 minutes. Other than that, I highly recommend this spa and its facilities.“

“I have been a patient of Dr Chen for years. As an RN I can confidently say that she is the best Opthamalogist on Oahu. Macular degeneration runs in my family. When I started showing signs she started me on microcurent therapy at the spa. The macular actually receeded. Dr Chen recently did Ptosis surgery on my eyes to lift my sagging eye lids. Three weeks out my eyes look great. At the same time I did Botox on frown lines between my eyebrows and Skin Tyte on my forehead. It looks great, no wrinkles anywhere. Yesterday I tried Hifu Jowls to lift my jowls. I see improvement right away, and will have anopther treatment.“

“What an incredible experience. Greeted from the time we stepped foot in the door, and escorted to the beautiful reflection room, the change rooms and lounge area were beautiful and clean. The staff are so friendly and very knowledgable about the culture and techniques of the services they offer and the vibe they strive for. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. I found myself lounging and drifting in and out of sleep outside under a tree in the hydrotherapy garden. I could listen to the calm of the breeze and chirps of the tropical birds all day. Our massages were fantastic. The therapists that worked on us were very kind and thorough. The lounge area has lots of snacks and beverages to choose from. The steam and saunas were clean, and very relaxing. The pools and baths in the garden are perfect temperatures for a refresh and relax following your treatment.
I myself work in the spa industry, and it is tough for me to find relaxation, and I was able to achieve it at Laniwai. I would 100% come back to this spa!“

You do need to be sure you stay on top of scheduling for each of your appointments. I make sure that immediately after each session, I schedule my next visit for the following month. But, their text list is always great as well to inform you if someone cancels so you could get in sooner.
