Although there was an initial scheduling delay due to the fact that Alan is a one man repair team, his wife Sheila did a great job keeping me in the loop and updated with Alan's progress. Alan came, assessed my refrigerator ice maker malfunction and repaired it, all within about 30 minutes. Great service and value. I would highly recommend. I'd like to note that I called three other appliance repair companies listed on Yelp and I didn't even get a call back from any of them, just Young's.

I am so grateful to Allen of Young's Appliance for fixing our Viking microwave. Talked to Sheila and Allen came over to examine the appliance. He repaired the microwave after doing some diagnostics and replaced the malfunction part. He repairs all brands of appliances, but is most sought after for Viking appliances. You will be very pleased at his knowledge and expertise. He truly has the best interests of the customer. Mahalo to Allen and Sheila.

Best Appliance Repair Shop ever. These people are very customer friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of with your appliance. They are not very knowledgeable and we will always do business with them.
