Love this gym! I rejoined after some time off-island, and it reminded me why I keep coming back. The vibe is always good, the staff are all really great, and Manny Lopez made the entire sign-up process simple and fast. Highly recommend!

I have been attending UFC Gym Kailua for over a year and LOVE our experience. There is ample equipment and staff do a great job of keeping spaces clean. My girls avidly ask to go to the gym”kids club” and my daughter has been training with Master Huff in karate for over a year. He’s a fantastic instructor and my daughter has gotten significantly better in her time working with him. Can’t recommend him and UFC Gym Kailua enough!

We are giving UFC Kailua five stars because of the incredible experience our daughter has had learning from Coach Curtis Huff in the kids karate and self-defense program.
Our daughter is naturally very sweet, and even at a young age we felt it was important for her to build self-confidence, learn how to speak up, say “stop,” and feel empowered to use her voice. As parents, we can teach those things at home, but there is something very valuable about having a trusted coach and adult reinforce those same lessons in a structured and positive environment.
