From the moment I stepped into Windward surgery center, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was very pleasant and explained things well. She introduced me to the nurse that will be attending to me.Escorted by the nurse to the gurney and explained step-by-step what was to proceed from here on in. She also started my IV which she did an excellent job. Her instructions and explanations were clear and succinct. The receptionist were kind, helpful, and fast. They helped me feel relaxed, cared for and not a burden. Dr. Levi was prompt, great listener, helpful information and didn't hesitate calling in my prescription. My heart and blood pressure only went up because I am sick. Not the white coat scare. Thank you so much.

Even tho I was really dreading my Women’s health appointment last week, it was much less uncomfortable than anticipated. Dr. Hanchett and his staff are wonderful..so kind and really listen. I truly appreciate Adventist Health and very grateful for all the amazing care.
