Completely different from first presentation for same issue. Dr Berg thorough. Dr Ing ordered further tests and followed with visit to me. Protocols took a long time but result was worth it. Found source of pain and mobility that was completely dismissed in first presentation with PA and not engaged by MD. Both issues addressed by Dr Berg with good info on recovery expectations and follow up.
The staff were nice and extremely patient with me as a first time mom— Never made me feel stupid for asking questions: the wait between was a little long, but still made it to my plans on time
Appt at 3:15. with Dr Song Arrived 15 min early at their request. Taken back for vitals after a short wait. I was left alone in exam room after my vitals for approximately 40 min. No one gave me update for delay. Finally, I opened door and s announced in the hallway I was dressing to leave without seeing Dr Song. Someone teplirf she would be there shortly. When she finally arrived, I Had a very rushed pessary check. (at my request b because I was in sciatic pain from waiting so long and needed to go home). Dr Song is my new GYNN. She is pleasant and professional and this is my 2nd appt. In both appointments the delay to be actually examined seemed excessive.
