Appt at 3:15. with Dr Song Arrived 15 min early at their request. Taken back for vitals after a short wait. I was left alone in exam room after my vitals for approximately 40 min. No one gave me update for delay. Finally, I opened door and s announced in the hallway I was dressing to leave without seeing Dr Song. Someone teplirf she would be there shortly. When she finally arrived, I Had a very rushed pessary check. (at my request b because I was in sciatic pain from waiting so long and needed to go home). Dr Song is my new GYNN. She is pleasant and professional and this is my 2nd appt. In both appointments the delay to be actually examined seemed excessive.
Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful, went out of their way to secure an appointment for me sooner vs later, I really appreciated that! I’m very impressed with Dr. Song and am fortunate to have her as my new ob/gyn; she was hands-on and spent a lot of time with me, and I am hopeful her treatments will work. Dr. Song is an amazing physician! She is thorough, compassionate and takes the time to hear what you have to say. These are qualities that are hard to find now a days- when women's issues are disregarded or not taken seriously even by female providers.
