PIM is amazing. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, kind, patient, or supportive. I’ve been having everything that could go wrong this year- go wrong and they had my back through the difficulties. It’s taken over a year to get to the point I’m at now with my sleep journey and they have been at the side lines lately helping me remember the goal. After years with a CPAP supplier in Honolulu, I switched to Pacific Island Medical. Loved the location of the other provider (CMS), but tired of being bombarded with phone calls to reorder supplies to the point that I had to block their calls. Pacific Island Medical is locally-owned and the aloha and service show it. They will make HOUSE CALLS to get you into your new CPAP machine! So don't let their Kailua location deter you from giving them a try. Pamela came to my home in East Honolulu, was personable and patient. Forms that I needed to sign that weren't provided at the time were quickly mailed to me. Jackie has been so pleasant over the phone, explaining insurance compliance requirements. Adjustments to my CPAP pressure were a breeze, as they coordinated my requested changes with my physician's office. So glad I switched to Pacific Island Medical! I'm thrilled with their service and my new ResMed CPAP machine after making do with a Philips Respironics recall/refurbished Dream Station.
