Working with Jay was incredibly helpful! When I showed up I could barely lay down or look up without shooting pain in my neck. By the time I left I could feel a considerable difference, and within one day afterwards the pain was almost entirely gone. He really knows what he’s doing and takes the time to figure out exactly what your body needs. Would recommend to anyone that wants their body to feel its best!
