I needed a new dentist. My wife had been here a few times and recommended them.

I found the staff to be warm and engaging. The quality of work is great, and they have flexible evening and weekend hours.

Highly recommend if you need a new dentist!

I had the only painless dental procedure I've ever experienced with Dr. Castro. I didn't know painless dentistry was possible. I didn't even feel the needle or the burn of anesthetic. NOTHING. He also talked through every step and asked permission before doing things. If seeing the dentist gives you stress, make an appointment with Dr. Castro!!! I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was, as someone who hates trips to the dentist. Everyone had been great, from the front through the entire experience.

When I called, I spoke with someone named Casey on the phone. She was extremely rude. I did not realize there were two locations of Kailua Dental. That itself is very confusing to patients. Casey needs training on customer service.

I’ve been going here for years. Dr. Dunkelberger is a top notch dentist. My oral health has never been better. Look no where else. This is the place- great team of hygienists, super location/parking.

Ryan was the dental hygienist that helped me. Super nice chap, with excellent skills. Dr. Sonson gave me the rundown of what to do to keep my teeth and gum healthy. Very efficient and professional. Friendly front desk staff as well.

Wonderful establishment! When you walk in you feel the cleanliness of the building. It has nice decorations and music playing all the time so it doesn't feel hauntingly clean. Awesome experience, would recommend

Extremely nice and professional people! From the receptionists to the Doctors. Dr. Johnson was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed help with. If you live in Kailua or even Kaneohe this is where you should go!!!

Kailua Dental Care is amazing!! I just had my first cleaning in years and had some tartar build up. My hygienist took his time and as was so patient with me! My teeth feel so clean and I am so thankful the MCBH Community recommended this place to me! I can't wait for my invisalign consultation! They made sure to cover everything, I got a deep clean, a referral to get my wisdom teeth out, and I'm getting set up to get invisalign. I didn't feel rushed out and they made me feel like they actually cared about my dental health. Thank yall so much for everything you do!

The dentist himself and the hygienist were nice and helpful but when I had initially called to schedule this appointment it was to address a cavity, and in the appointment itself they told me to come back another day to do that. There seems to be a communication issue with the front desk and setting expectations. I did not want to come back another time to do the filling, this is pretty inconvenient for me.

Customer service was good, staff was very polite and helpful/informative. The equipment and dentist chairs/rooms were top notch, very clean and up to date. Overall, I am very please with the care and experience. Shoutout to Rachelle my new hygienist, you’re awesome 🤙🏽💯
