Iku's Hair Styling in Kailua is Coconut Grove's hidden treasure and Kim the talented hairstylist is a gem! Her credentials include training at beauty schools in Japan and the USA. She's joyful and energetic and knows how to give you the perfect cut and color. Her unpretentious shop may look like your dad's barber shop on the outside, but don't be fooled. She styles from the heart as she continues the legacy of her late mom's long-time Kailua business. Kim listens and uses her tasteful know-how to give you a modern, stylish look.

It is a small little hole in the wall place, but you will love the service. Aunty Kim (she's not an old lady...shes a mid aged lady) is very sweet and gives a good convo while getting your hair done. It's a 30 year old place so its not the newest, but you'll love the final outcome :)
