Excellent service and they stand behind the workmanship and equipment that they sell! 😊 I want to share a story of how Damon and his team went well above and beyond any expectation I had to keep a customer loyal and happy as well as resolve a problem that the AC manufacture company created. It all started in late Dec. 2021 when my 1 1/2 yr old central AC system had a coil leak that required that part to be replaced. The system had been purchased thru Damon and had worked perfectly from Sep. 2020- Dec. 2021. If you are the owner of a central AC system, and not already acquainted with the warranty for your product, I suggest you read the fine print. Trane was the manufacturer and according to the warranty they replace warrantied parts not entire systems. They also do not pay for shipping of the needed replacement. The part had to be shipped in as it was not in stock on the island. For many possible reasons, the part was not quickly available. It took until late February to receive it and by the time it arrived the outdoor compressor had stopped functioning as a direct result of not being in use for two months. Again under warranty and required waiting for another month to receive a new one. When it did arrive the coil system was ready to install in the attic but came to find out a necessary part had not been attached to it by Trane in the manufacturing process. So another call by Damon and another part finally shipped after several weeks.. All told 5 parts were piecemealed to repair the AC. When the last part came in, it was clear this was likely a lemon unit as the part did not fit correctly. During this entire time Damon and the team kept me informed and assured me that it would all be made right. I'm not sure who felt worse, Damon or me about the issues. The crew had to make several visits just to be disappointed each time over the setbacks they faced. The final result when the last part would not fit was Damon met with Trane and asked that they change out the entire system. That was turned down. So Damon at his own expense replaced the entire system with a brand new Rheem system. He kept his word that he would make it right. That kind of service is not common. You hear horror stories of companies disappearing leaving customers hanging when things go bad. Damon is honest and fair and well not do that. You will not go wrong doing business with his company! I will always be appreciative for having worked with his Company!
My two split AC units are squeaky clean!!!!!!!!! Can't believe I was breathing in all those molds before Damon and his team showed up and saved the day!!! They were so efficient yet very thorough. Even though the AC are super dusty, they helped me cleaned everything inside and out. I'm soooooooo appreciative!!!! Damon even help me write an assessment letter for my HOA (cause' they need a professional AC maintenance crew to evaluate all the parts are working prolly) AFTER his work hour. Best dude ever!!!!! All in all, If you have any questions with regards to AC, don't hesitate!!! Just call them up!!!!!!!!
Very timely service from submitting a request online to Damon calling to make an appointment for an estimate the next day and then installing a new a/c 3 days later!! Wow! Very prompt service. Excellent and professional installation. Damon and his crew removed our ancient 1970's model thru-the-wall a/c and mounted a new unit and window sleeve very efficiently. The carpentry work involved was neatly done. Damon even gave us a follow up call later in the day to see how the a/c was doing for us. I would highly recommend Damon and his company for any a/c needs!
