She was great, very patient and knowledgeable about my difficult hair type (super straight, fine, and thin). She took her time and we got rid of about 6 inches and it feels great. I am also LAZY about hair so I needed someone who understood that when choosing a cut. Kristine was also just a fun person to sit with for an hour. All around good experience. Thank you!!!“
