Thank you for the chair upgrade! I never book and appreciate the walk-in availability. Color selection has changed since their remodel. OPI is gone and was a must have for me. Products and pricing are standard. Nail techs are super inconsistent. You never know what you will get. Not the best add on foot or calf massage because they just don’t put the effort in. Gel colors are good
Very unfriendly staff and Lisa did a terrible job on my toenails. Paint was applied unevenly so it came out lumpy and with the edges of the nails left completely bare. Didn’t bother asking for her to fix it because at that point I just wanted to get out of there.
I just left Kailua Nail Care with the perfect nails! Diana/Diane did such a terrific job. I’ve been going to her for over a year and she is always so careful, so thorough and so sweet. I had a gel fill and pedicure with leg massage. Today she exceeded her normally great service by adding a chrome polish. It’s now my favorite!
The place is very pretty, it’s always clean and the staff always friendly. Their prices are reasonable and the atmosphere pleasantly quiet.
