Went towards the end of the day and the nail tech was tired and hungry. No attention to detail and bossy. My gel nails have bubbles and polish doesn’t cover entire nail. My daughter got a polish only pedi and she said it was just one layer of polish. Chipped by the next day.

I’ve always had a great customer experience here, staff is very friendly and accommodating!
I have noticed, however they don’t seem to clean the tools in between customers. So be careful if you’re immunocompromised , it definitely doesn’t seem like they have an autoclave. They keep the tools on their carts but it looks like they just throw them back in there after each client.
They also use the foot callus shaver, which I didn’t think was legal in most places anymore.
Great experience overall, but I question the cleanliness.

Got my nails done here and unfortunately it was not enjoyable. The nail stylists were pushy and rude. The service was short with the feeling of rushing to get me out the door. I had to argue my point a few times to get what I was asking for. When you pay such large amounts of money for a special occasion, like getting nails done, you'd hope you would at least have a pleasant experience.
